RETURN & EXCHANGE
At DESIRE KRAFTS, every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where issues occur, we offer a structured return and exchange process.
When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
A return or exchange is approved only in the following situations:
• You received damaged items
If your product arrives broken, crushed, or visibly damaged during transit.
• You received completely different items
If the items delivered do not match your order at all.
Note: A complete parcel opening video (from the moment you start cutting the package) is compulsory for any return or exchange request.
When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted
A return or exchange will not be offered if:
The item shows any signs of use, wear, or tampering
The issue is related to minor color, size, or design variations (common in handcrafted items)
The product was part of a discount, offer, or clearance
The complaint is raised after the allowed time frame
The parcel opening video is not provided or is incomplete
The product was made on request or customized
The issue is due to shipping delays or courier handling time
Return Shipping Charges
For damaged or totally wrong items → Desire Krafts covers the return shipping
For all other approved cases (if any) → Customer will bear return shipping charges
Exchange Process
You raise a complaint with proof
Our team checks and verifies the issue
The item is returned to us (if required)
A replacement is arranged after successful inspection
You receive the updated dispatch details
Important Notes
All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Products must be returned in unused, original, and intact condition
Desire Krafts may decline exchanges if the product fails quality inspection after return
