REFUND POLICY

At DESIRE KRAFTS, we put a lot of care into making and checking every product before sending it out. Refunds are only provided in situations where something has clearly gone wrong from our side. Please read the policy carefully.

When a Refund Is Applicable

We offer refunds only in these two cases:

1. You receive damaged items

If the products arrive broken, crushed, or in unusable condition.

2. You receive completely different items

If the items sent do not match what you ordered at all.

📌 For both cases, a full parcel opening video is mandatory from the moment you open the package.

When a Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds are not provided in situations like:

  • Minor color or design differences (common with handcrafted items)

  • Slight imperfections that naturally occur in handmade products

  • Orders with customization or special requests

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts

  • Transit delays caused by the courier

  • Items showing any signs of use or tampering

  • Claims made without a proper opening video

Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged or completely wrong, Desire Krafts covers the return shipping.

  • For all other approved cases (if any), the return charge must be borne by the customer.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Verification: 2–4 business days
  • Processing: 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Desire Krafts has the right to decline refunds if the returned product fails quality inspection.
