Quotation

  • We first share a clear price quote based on your requirements, quantity, and any custom design/work needed.

Advance Payment

  • To begin processing your order, we take a 60% advance

  • This helps us arrange materials and start preparing your products..

Order Confirmation

  • Your order is confirmed only after we receive the advance amount successfully.

Production Starts

  • Once the advance is received, we immediately start making or sourcing your products.

Updates During Production

  • If you want, we can share photos or short videos while your products are being prepared.

Quality Check

  • After everything is completed, we check all items to ensure the quality meets our standards.

Final Images/Approval

  • Before dispatch, we share final photos or videos for your confirmation.

Final Payment

  • Before the order is dispatched, the remaining 40% balance must be paid.

Payment Verification

  • Once you send the balance amount, we confirm receipt through WhatsApp or Email.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees depend on weight, size, and destination, and are added to the final invoice.

Dispatch

  • After full payment is received, your order is packed safely and dispatched through your chosen shipping method.

Non-Refundable Advance

  • The advance amount is non-refundable, as materials and production start immediately after payment.

Sample Payment

  • For first-time orders, we charge a sample fee (approx. $100), excluding shipping.
  • If you place a full order later, 50% of the sample fee is waived, helping reduce your total cost.
