Shipping & Delivery Time

  • International orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • 15–30 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:
    • Customs clearance
    • Destination country regulations
    • Logistics delays
    • Public holidays
  • These timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.

Currency & Payment

  • All orders are charged in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • If your bank charges a currency conversion or international transaction fee, it will be your responsibility.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

  • International shipments may be subject to:
    • Import duties
    • VAT
    • Customs handling charges
  • Important:
    • These charges are NOT included in product or shipping costs
    • They are determined by your country’s government
  • The customer is:
    • Fully responsible for paying these charges
    • Responsible for complying with local import laws
  • DESIRE KRAFTS:
    • Has no control over customs decisions
    • Cannot predict customs charges 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (International Orders)

  • Due to high international logistics costs:
    • Returns and exchanges are not accepted
  • Refunds are allowed only if:
    • Product is damaged, or
    • Product is completely incorrect

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Full unboxing video
  • Clear supporting images
  • Complaint within 24 hours of delivery
  • After verification:
    • Replacement or refund may be offered
    • Decision is at our sole discretion

Order Cancellation

  • International orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
  • No exceptions will be made.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept parcel
  • Customs rejection

Customer must pay:

  • Reshipping cost
  • Handling charges
